Digital Product License
When you purchase a Product from The Productivity Store, you are not buying the content outright — you are being granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use that Product.
Under this license, you may:
- Download the Product and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Print the Product for your own use, or use it digitally in note-taking apps (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability).
- Keep a personal backup copy of the file(s) you downloaded.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload to Telegram, Google Drive, cloud storage for public access, marketplaces, websites, social media, or give away the Product or any part of it, in original or modified form.
- Upload the Product to any public platform, file-sharing site, or marketplace.
- Use the Product, or any content from it, to create a competing product or service.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the Product's content, design, or system.
Lifetime Access
Your purchase provides lifetime access to the version purchased for personal use. Future products or major upgrades are not included unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Products — including but not limited to text, planner layouts, prompts, frameworks, graphics, logos, our product names, branding, and the overall look and feel — is the property of The Productivity Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in India and internationally.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described in Section 2 — it does not grant you ownership of the underlying content, design, or system.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Payments
All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our own servers.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your Product(s), along with a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, and modify pricing on the Site at any time without prior notice — such changes will not affect orders already completed.

Limitation of Liability
Our Products are designed to help you build structure, clarity, and consistency in your personal or professional goals. However, results depend on individual use and effort — we do not guarantee any specific outcome, achievement, or result from using our Products.
The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Productivity Store and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
