Refund Eligibility
As all our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- A technical delivery issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or via cash.
When Refunds Don't Apply
To keep this policy fair and sustainable for everyone, refunds are not available in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after successfully receiving the digital product.
- The product has already been downloaded and delivered successfully.
- The issue can be resolved by providing a replacement file or technical support.
- The request relates to product preferences or compatibility that was described before purchase.
- Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent refund requests.
A Note on Digital Delivery
Because our Products are delivered as instant digital downloads, we're not able to "return" a used PDF the way a physical product would be returned. Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are limited to the exceptions described in this policy.
