We want you to buy our digital products with total confidence. Because our Products are digital downloads, we've kept this policy short and honest — here's exactly what to expect if it's not the right fit for you.

Digital Product Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available after successful delivery. Exceptions are listed below.

Refund Eligibility

As all our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • A technical delivery issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.

Digital Products

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We first attempt to resolve download or file issues by providing technical support or a replacement file.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or via cash.

When Refunds Don't Apply

To keep this policy fair and sustainable for everyone, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after successfully receiving the digital product.
  • The product has already been downloaded and delivered successfully.
  • The issue can be resolved by providing a replacement file or technical support.
  • The request relates to product preferences or compatibility that was described before purchase.
  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent refund requests.

A Note on Digital Delivery

Because our Products are delivered as instant digital downloads, we're not able to "return" a used PDF the way a physical product would be returned. Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are limited to the exceptions described in this policy.
